Women’s Survivors Network
A survivor-led nonprofit building long-term pathways of support for survivors of relational and workplace abuse

Survivors deserve more than fragmented, crisis-only support.
The reality of abuse is far more complex than most systems are built to recognize or respond to.
It often extends beyond intimate partner violence into relationships, families, workplaces, and systems. It is frequently subtle, cumulative, and difficult to name. As a result, many survivors do not realize what they experienced was abuse until much later, leaving them to navigate confusion, isolation, trauma, and ongoing harm often without the support they need.
At Women’s Survivors Network, we are building something different: a survivor-led, trauma-informed ecosystem that supports people through the full journey from recognizing abuse across context/environment to escaping harm, to healing, rebuilding, and stepping into leadership after.
We are currently in an early building phase, developing programs, partnerships, and resources guided directly by survivor experiencem and led by survivor leaders.
This work is made possible through early supporters and community backing.
Women’s Survivors Network is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

A Message from the Founders
We are survivors ourselves. We understand the reality of abuse, not just the moment of leaving, but what comes after. The confusion, the isolation, the loss of identity, and the long, often invisible process of healing and rebuilding a life.
For many survivors, the harm does not end when the relationship ends. It continues through manipulation, retaliation, enabling, and systems that are not designed to recognize or respond to the full reality of abuse. Survivors are often left navigating ongoing harm, misinformation, and disbelief, sometimes from people who mean well but do not understand.
At the same time, there is a widespread lack of education around abuse and trauma. Many survivors do not have the language to understand what happened to them, or the support to move forward safely and sustainably. This leaves people isolated, overwhelmed, and forced to figure it out alone.
WSN was created to change that.
We are building a survivor-led ecosystem rooted in collective care, real-world understanding, and long-term support. Not just for crisis, but for everything that comes after.
At WSN, we are committed to creating a community where survivors are not only supported in the ways they specifically need, but deeply understood, and where healing, rebuilding, and leadership are all possible.
Ways to Work With Us (Early Stage)
As we build Women’s Survivors Network, we are beginning to offer select early-stage collaborations and services aligned with our mission. We are also developing pilot wraparound support models that we plan to begin testing later this year.
Current areas of focus include:
Survivor navigation support, helping abuse survivors begin to understand their experience and identify potential next steps and resources
Includes:
- Helping individuals begin to understand and name their experiences
- Providing space for early-stage processing and clarity
- Identifying potential next steps, resources, or areas of support
- Offering guidance grounded in lived experience and trauma awareness
This support is exploratory and evolving as we continue to build WSN’s long-term model.
Partnership opportunities for organizations aligned with building a survivor-centered ecosystem
Includes:
• Partnering to support or co-develop WSN’s pilot wraparound support models
• Collaborating across services, referrals, or survivor support pathways
• Contributing expertise, resources, or infrastructure to help build a more integrated support ecosystem
• Exploring early-stage partnerships aligned with long-term survivor outcomes
These partnerships are foundational to how WSN is being built and will continue to evolve over time.
Trauma-informed workshops and trainings for organizations and teams seeking to better understand abuse, survivor dynamics, and supportive response
Includes:
- Understanding abuse beyond physical violence (including relational, workplace, and systemic abuse)
- Recognizing signs of abuse and supporting survivors safely and effectively
- Trauma-informed communication and response in professional settings
- Navigating complex survivor experiences, including delayed recognition and ongoing harm
- Building safer, more informed workplace or community environments
Workshops and trainings are catered to each organization and audience.
Survivor-informed consulting and advisory for programs, services, or initiatives
Includes:
- Reviewing programs or services through a survivor-centered lens
- Identifying gaps, risks, or unintended harm in existing systems
- Advising on trauma-informed program design and implementation
- Providing insight into real-world survivor experience and barriers
- Supporting organizations working with survivors in legal, workplace, or community contexts
These offerings are evolving as we build. If you are interested in working with us, please reach out.
