Support the survivor. Change the system.
Our relational and workplace-abuse tracks connect survivor support, organizational education, partnerships, and change. Status labels show what has been completed, what can be explored by inquiry, and what is still being built.
01 / For survivors
Support across the longer, uneven journey.
WSN’s long-term vision spans recognizing harm, escaping, stabilizing, healing, rebuilding, and optional leadership. WSN cannot currently provide escape assistance, crisis response, or open individual intake.
Foundational learning
Survivor Stabilization Pilot (“Pilot Zero”)
Launched in May 2026, our initial resource navigation and stabilization pilot focused on practical planning, resource navigation, co-created goals, and non-clinical support. It concluded in August 2026. We are assessing what worked and what should change before a broader offering.
Completed
Future pathway
Survivor Navigation and Stabilization
We are using pilot learning to develop support that helps survivors understand patterns of harm, work through practical priorities, and navigate relevant resources. A future version is being shaped for a possible 2027 pilot; it is not currently open for intake.

Learning with survivors
Survivor Listening and Research
WSN is designing ways to learn directly from survivors and examine existing research. Early desk research begins with workplace abuse; survivor input and relational-abuse learning will shape future support.

02 / For organizations
Recognize harm. Respond well. Build healthier environments.
Selected workshops, advisory conversations, and partnerships can be explored by inquiry. Their scope is tailored and still being refined.
Available by inquiry
Workshops & trainings
Topics may include recognizing abuse beyond physical violence, responding safely to survivors who disclose harm, trauma-informed communication, and building healthier workplace and community environments.
Available by inquiry
Survivor-informed consulting & advisory
WSN can review a proposed program or response process through a survivor- and trauma-informed lens, identify points where survivors may be misunderstood or harmed, and advise on safer communication and implementation. Scope is agreed with each organization.
Available by inquiry
Partnership development
Explore referral collaboration, co-development of future support pathways, and contributions of expertise, resources, or infrastructure.
03 / Looking ahead
Where the two tracks are going.
This roadmap gives context for work already described above. It does not open new services for enrollment.
Workplace Abuse Initiative: Healthy Workplace Institute
WSN’s workplace-abuse initiative is beginning with desk research into the field, workplace policies, and existing approaches. That evidence will inform an emerging assessment framework before survivor and practitioner input, Board and expert review, and a first organizational pilot targeted for 2027.
In development
Relational Abuse Initiative: Survivor Navigation and Stabilization
Learning from the completed pilot is informing a possible 2027 support pilot for survivors. This pathway is described above; it is not yet open for intake.
